Call Me Weirdo...

To all present and future college students and not only...
What a college student never has? Time and money. Well I found some ways for myself how to spare some money. It won't spare a lot but hey...you don't have a million if you miss a buck, right. Not sure if SMU students would be the right target though:))) and I don't know how much guys would benefit from it. Anyway...spare the money on the hair cut and do it yourself. I have hair style that you cannot really see if the cut went a bit wrong. So I never hesitate, I take the scissors and cut the style I want. I love to experiment...it's fun and it's free. Plus I don't have to waste the time on scheduling appointment and going to the hairdresser. Also coloring the hair...alway do it myself.
Second thing: manicure and pedicure. I went there for couple of times and figured out that I could totally do it myself. All I had to do is buy some of the nail stuff I didn't have but that was like one time investment. The only thing is it requires time which I usually don't have. But once I get it done I can surely say that my work is not worse than what those tiny vietnamese ladies do.
Third thing: toilet paper. Definitely overpriced. I refuse to pay that money. They know that people will be paying that money because that's the product that is pretty much a necessity. Not me though. No no no...don't get me wrong. I'm not that nasty. Where I get it then? Hmm...you have to figure that out. ;) Let's just say...I like to study at the Fondren library. ;)
I only buy a bottled water if I really need it. That's the second overpriced product. I agree that the water from the tap doesn't have a best quality but still... It is cheaper to buy a filter like Pur or Britta. Again...a way to spare some money.
Then this one is kinda ridiculous. Not that the previous ones are brilliant. Oh well...I am addicted to frozen yogurt. Especially the one that is across the street on Hillcrest called IHeart. I could eat it every day. The only problem is the price is pretty high. But I still want it. So...what I do is I go there and get samples. This place has a self service and clients can have samples. I simply get the most of my dosage from the samples and then to not to be rude and piss off the people working there I buy some of the yogurt. Has worked so far...
:))
