We ain't Wasting...

I don't know about you but almost every time I buy milk, it gets bad before I finish it. I was just sick and tired of buying and then throwing half of it away. So, I found a way how to use it. I remember back in the days how my grandmother used to make cheese, butter, quark, sour cream... So inspired by her I decided to  use the bad milk in a useful way: I made a cottage cheese of it. Yes...natural, healthy, high protein cottage cheese with out any preservatives or other other crap they usually add. How? Well all you need to do is take the bad milk and heat it up until you see a white pulp coming up. Then you just need to sift it through a sieve. That white pulp is cottage cheese. Bad thing is out of a liter of milk you only get like 100-150g of cheese. But still...at least you won't just throw it away. The cheese has the same amount of fat the the milk had. So out of 2% milk you'll get cottage cheese containing 2% of fat.
