All you need is lettuce ( iceberg lettuce, chinese cabbage), strawberries, grilled chicken strips, fresh basil, cottage cheese, shredded almonds, grape tomatoes. It's so simple that it's hard to believe there is anything so special about it. But I guess the magic is in mixing sweet strawberries with rather spicy chicken. So first goes lettuce, then add grape tomatoes cut in half, then shredded basil and almonds, strawberry quarters, chicken strips, mix everything together. Then put mixed salad in separate portions on the plates. Put cottage cheese on top of every portion. Then mash the rest of the strawberries in an even pulp and pour it evenly on the salad. Nothing complicated huhh. Who said healthy can't taste good :)

That's How Health Tastes
I am not a fan of cooking. Not saying I cannot cook but it's just something I'd rather not do....oh my...must be a headache for whoever marries me in the future hahaa. However there are some occasions when I get myself together and even can enjoy cooking. For example my birthday. So this time I decided to invite over some friends and surprise them with something new created by me. Well recipe of the dessert I found online but the recipe of the salad I made up myself. I didn't know if my friends will like it. But I didn't expect the reaction like that: they were amazed, they couldn't believe that salad could be that good. Well...I was really flattered, happy and proud of myself. They sometimes still mention my salad and how tasty it was. So...since it got so much attention I think it deserves to be shared.
